AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS These Terms of Use (“Legal Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”) and Sample Board Online CC, doing business as SampleBoard Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. OUR SERVICES SampleBoard Studio provides digital-only design resources, including but not limited to: Canva mood board templates Interior design presentation templates Visual style guides and digital downloads Memberships or subscriptions (where offered) All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. The Services are intended for users aged 18 years or older.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS Our Intellectual Property All content available through SampleBoard Studio — including templates, layouts, designs, graphics, text, downloads, branding, and files (“Content”) — is owned by or licensed to Sample Board Online CC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your License to Use the Content When you purchase or access any SampleBoard Studio product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Content: ✔ For personal use ✔ For educational use ✔ For internal business use ✔ For client-facing presentations and project work You may not: ✘ Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or gift templates or files ✘ Upload templates to shared drives, marketplaces, or libraries ✘ Use templates to create competing or derivative products ✘ Claim templates or layouts as your own original work Client deliverables created using the templates are permitted. The templates themselves may never be resold or redistributed.
2. 3. USER REPRESENTATIONS By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: You are legally capable of entering into this agreement You are at least 18 years old All information you provide is accurate and current You will not misuse, copy, or redistribute our Content You will comply with applicable laws We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
4. USER ACCOUNTS (IF APPLICABLE) Some Services may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account.
5. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY All products are digital and subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products at any time without notice. Prices may change at our discretion.
6. PURCHASES & PAYMENT Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (such as credit card processors or PayPal). By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & REFUNDS Due to the digital nature of our products: All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered once access has been granted, except where required by law. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will assist.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS & MEMBERSHIPS (IF OFFERED) If you purchase a subscription or membership: Billing will recur automatically at the stated interval You may cancel before the next billing cycle Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide refunds for prior periods Access remains active until the end of the paid term We reserve the right to update subscription pricing or offerings with reasonable notice.
9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES You agree not to: Copy, distribute, or resell digital products Circumvent access controls or security measures Use automated tools to scrape or download content Misrepresent ownership of SampleBoard Studio materials Use our Content to compete with SampleBoard Studio Unauthorised use may result in termination and legal action.
10. USER FEEDBACK & SUBMISSIONS If you submit feedback, suggestions, testimonials, or reviews, you grant us the right to use them for business and marketing purposes without compensation.
11. SERVICES MANAGEMENT We reserve the right to: Monitor usage for violations Restrict or terminate access Protect our intellectual property and platform integrity
12. PRIVACY Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Legal Terms.
13. TERM & TERMINATION These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if these terms are violated.
14. MODIFICATIONS & INTERRUPTIONS We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
15. GOVERNING LAW These Legal Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
17. DISCLAIMER The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that templates will meet specific academic, commercial, or project requirements.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sample Board Online CC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
19. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sample Board Online CC from claims arising from misuse of the Services or violation of these Legal Terms.
20. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic agreements satisfy legal writing requirements.
