About SampleBoard Studio
Designed from experience. Refined for clarity.
Evolving since 2010.
SampleBoard Studio creates structured visual tools for interior designers, stylists, and creatives who need to communicate ideas clearly and confidently.

Our templates are not decorative add-ons or generic Canva layouts. They are built around real design workflows — helping you define direction early, present ideas professionally, and move projects forward with less friction.

Behind the Studio is SampleBoard, a design platform originally founded in 2010 as one of the early digital mood board tools. Over more than a decade of iteration, platform development, and hands-on work with designers, one insight became clear:
Mood boards are not just inspiration — they are decision-making systems.
Today, SampleBoard Studio translates that understanding into style-based mood boards, design presentations, and visual frameworks that support modern design practice.
What Defines the Studio
Each SampleBoard Studio collection is:

-
Structured, not cluttered
-
Style-led, not trend-chasing
-
Designed to reduce explanation, revisions, and uncertainty

The Studio is intentionally calm, focused, and practical — shaped by years of observing how designers actually think, present, and work.

Built on over a decade of visual design research and platform development.
A More Personal Chapter
Led by Rosslyn Tebbutt, SampleBoard Studio is a natural extension of the work that began with SampleBoard.

It is shaped by years of interior design practice, creative experimentation, and client collaboration — alongside the realities of running a design-led business, motherhood, and creative reinvention.

This is where experience meets craft.
Designed by Humans, With Intention
Every SampleBoard Studio template is created through a human-led design process.

We do not use generative AI to create layouts, visuals, or concepts. Each presentation, mood board, and flat lay is designed by hand — informed by real projects, real workflows, and real client needs.

These are not shortcuts. They are thoughtfully built frameworks designed to support clarity, flow, and confident storytelling.
Tools That Respect the Designer
SampleBoard Studio grew out of the editorial platform SampleBoard, where interior, lifestyle, and wedding trends are explored through curated mood boards and visual storytelling.
If you’re looking for inspiration, context, and design direction, you’ll find it there.
